If you are not familiar with graphic files

Please contact us first so we can ask about what files you have and which are the best to send us.
This will save time and we can always advise on the best way forward.
If you do not have artwork as such but would like us to create something around your existing design or idea, please just ask us.

The section below will describe some basic artwork guidlines and is geared for those who are more familiar with using graphic applications.

PHOTOSHOP FILES AND VECTOR APPLICATIONS

Vector files and Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw
Ensure first that the fonts have all been converted to outlines. Ask us if you do not know how to do this. Save your files as .eps files. PDF files are also acceptable if prepared correctly as above. Note: Any placed / linked images from other applications (such as photoshop artwork) must also be sent along separately with the PDF or Vector application document.

Photoshop and other image editing software
Files should best be saved as .psd / .tif / .eps / .jpg / .bmp (other format? just ask!) Please ensure that the resolution of these files is no less than 300dpi at actual intended print size. Lower resolution artwork for example, often sent to us at 72 pixels / inch at actual size, is not suitable for print reproduction and is only suitable for online and screen viewing purposes.

PANTONE COLOURS
You may also specify the pantone colours in your documents.
The Pantone colour books supported are:
Formula Guide Solid Coated (examples: pantone blue 072c or red 199c etc)
Formula Guide Solid Uncoated (examples: pantone blue 072u or red 199u etc)
NOTE: No other pantone reference guides are supported for screen print.
(Hardcopy printed material may also be posted for us to colour match to)
