We are happy to advise if:
- you are not sure what kind of file you have
- you only have a logo taken from a website or social media
- you have a photo or image but do not know if it is good enough for print

Print-ready artwork requirements
The guidance below is for customers, designers and agencies who are familiar with preparing artwork for print.
Preferred file types
Vector artwork is usually the best option for screen printing.
Preferred file types:
- EPS
- PDF, prepared correctly
- AI or CDR files if agreed in advance
Please convert all fonts to outlines before sending.
If your file contains linked or placed images, you must also send those image files separately.
Image-based artwork
If you are sending artwork created in Photoshop or another image-editing program, please supply high-resolution files.
Accepted file types include:
- PSD
- TIFF
- EPS
- JPG
- BMP
If you want to send a different file type, please ask first.
Artwork should be at least 300 dpi at the final print size. Low-resolution images, such as files saved at 72 dpi for web use, are not suitable for quality print reproduction.
Pantone colours
Colours on screen can look different in print. If colour accuracy is important, please include Pantone references in your artwork where possible.
Supported Pantone guides:
- Formula Guide Solid Coated, for example Pantone Blue 072 C
- Formula Guide Solid Uncoated, for example Pantone Blue 072 U
If needed, printed samples can also be posted to us for colour matching.
