How the ordering process works
1. Send us your enquiry
Tell us what you need, including whether you are ordering a special offer or a standard print job.:
- type of garment or product
- approximate quantity
- print positions
- number of colours
- whether you need the order by a specific date
2. Share your artwork or brief
If you already have artwork, send it over for review. If not, send us as much detail as you can so we can understand the job.
3. We review your requirements
We will look at the garments, print method, artwork, quantities, and any finishing requirements, then advise on the best way forward.
4. We confirm the price and details
Once we have the details, we will send you a quotation or confirm the advertised special-offer price, based on your job.

5. You approve the order
When you are happy to go ahead, we will confirm the next steps, timings and payment arrangements.
6. We print and prepare your order
Your garments are printed, checked and prepared for delivery or collection.

We also offer fixed-price special offers on selected products, including printed T-shirts and tote bags.

Order questions
Lead times
Lead times depend on the size and complexity of the order, the garments required, and whether your artwork is ready for print.
As a general rule, it is always best to contact us as early as possible, especially if you have a fixed deadline. We can then confirm availability and advise on the most realistic turnaround for your job.
If your order is time-sensitive, please tell us when you enquire so we can let you know what is possible.
Payment
Payment details will be confirmed as part of your quotation and order confirmation.
If you have any questions about how payment works, please ask when you enquire and we will explain the available payment arrangements for your order.
How do I pay?
You can pay by debit card, credit card or online banking.
Payment arrangements will be confirmed when we quote for the job and before production begins.
Delivery and collection
We can advise on delivery when we quote for your order.
If you need your order delivered, please let us know the delivery address when you enquire. If you would prefer to collect your order, we can usually arrange this by agreement once the job is complete.
If you are unsure which option is best, just ask and we will talk you through it.
Where can you deliver?
We deliver by courier anywhere you like in the UK or abroad. There are also a variety of timed delivery options available.

Can I collect my own order?
Yes, collection can be arranged by agreement once your order is ready.
